Hi there!

I’m Katie

A degree qualified Clinical Nutritionist, with a special interest in perimenopause, gut health & children's wellbeing.

We are what we eat, but nutritional medicine is SO much more than just diets and meal plans.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I connect all aspects of your health and approach disease prevention and management through a multidimensional lens. 

I use whole foods, therapeutic diets and nutraceutical supplements to address health concerns. As well as providing individualised treatment plans using the latest evidence based nutritional medicine, you’ll get the tools and confidence you need to make life-long healthy changes.
