  • Changes in libido

  • Increased hayfever & allergies

  • ‘Drying up’

  • Migraines

  • Irregular cycles

  • Night Sweats

…then you’re probably in perimenopause.

Let’s talk about it…

Whilst I sometimes lament a new wrinkle or the loss of that youthful glow - I truly believe getting older is a blessing that too few of us get to experience. And menopause is a stage of our lives that should be celebrated.

HOWEVER it’s the 10+ years BEFORE menopause that causes us ladies the most grief - Perimenopause.

51% of our population will go through perimenopause and some (if not all) of the symptoms above. Yet, the symptoms surrounding (peri)menopause are often swept under the rug, or worse, disregarded by health professionals- leaving you feeling helpless and ‘stuck’ with the cards you’ve been dealt.

Well, I want to shout it from the rooftops - this does NOT have to be your reality. You don’t need to suffer in silence, accepting your symptoms are just ‘how you are now’ or a terrible phase of life you have to suffer through. Awful symptoms are COMMON - but not NORMAL.

Our 40’s & 50’s are a time when we should feel amazing. We have more wisdom, confidence, independence and grace for ourselves. No longer ruled by a hormonal cycle - we gain back our freedom. There’s a reason many cultures celebrate menopause as a rite of passage - the birth of the ‘wise woman’. Let’s be honest - if it wasn’t for the terrible reputation of menopause & it’s long list of symptoms - we may well look forward to it.

We should still have the ENERGY and VITALITY to enjoy this amazing season of life.

I want every woman - regardless of her age - to have a lust for life. We all deserve it.

How do we do this? By looking after our health before and during perimenopause.

Perimenopause is a true indicator of our overall health status.

How well our liver, gut, immune and nervous system is functioning will determine the symptoms we experience - and their severity.

Addressing your diet, lifestyle and any underlying health conditions can greatly impact your transition into and experience of, perimenopause.

Sick of suffering from these symptoms?

Let me help you get your groove back and love this season of life you’re in.
